INGREDIENTS: 3 lbs. beef short ribs 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp. fat or salad oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 tsp. salt DIRECTIONS: Cut short ribs into serving pieces. Brown with onions in hot fat. Combine remaining ingredients, add to ribs.
